Newminster Cottage
Providing well equipped, homely comfort for up to 6 people throughout the whole of the ground floor of the Cottage. Being situated in the peaceful High Stanners, we are perfectly located just 2 minutes walk from the busy town centre, where we are lucky to still have a high street well stocked with local, independent shops, as well as a few of the usual suspects.
We are ideally positioned for the amazing array of bars and restaurants which await you after your day exploring the delights of Northumberland, a county steeped in history, the phenomenal coastline with its golden sandy beaches, the open rolling countryside and if your a fan of castles and stately homes, we’ve got that covered too.
Newminster Cottage is predominantly bed and breakfast accommodation. But, we also provide self-catering (minimum 5 nights) for the nights that you might want to stay in, the fully equipped kitchen is there for your use, so if your looking for a quiet, family oriented escape, you’ve just found it. Parking for guests is down the side of the Cottage, so we’ve also got that covered.
Although we are priced to accommodate 6 people, we do have an offer for just single couples to stay, this allows two people sole use of the ground floor of the Cottage, sharing a bedroom and obviously the use of the sitting/dining room and the kitchen, an ideal escape for those looking to just get away and explore Northumberland.
You may not be in Morpeth for leisure, sometimes work gets in the way of life, but don’t worry, your more than welcome too.
